The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) has enforced a mandatory rule requiring vendors to use its Equipment Clearance System (ECS) for all telecom equipment application submissions. This Sri Lanka ECS mandate introduces a streamlined, centralized approach that enhances the integrity and tracking of application data.

From now on, each vendor must assign a unique email address linked to their Vendor License to access ECS. TRCSL will reject submissions that reuse or share email accounts. Therefore, vendors should immediately update their internal systems to comply with this policy.
