On Nov 20th, IMDA Singapore announced the migration of the current platform to the new GoBusiness portal.
Please consider the following
- The existing GoBusiness Portal (https://www.gobusiness.gov.sg/) will be unavailable for equipment registration applications and renewal from 25 November 2024 to 6 December 2024. If you have any pending applications, please kindly register online before this date.
- lf you intend to continue selling equipment with an existing registration expiring on 30 November 2024, please submit your renewal application online at GoBusiness Portal (https://www.gobusiness.gov.sg/) before 25 November 2024. Registration not renewed by this date will be automatically canceled.
- For equipment with a registration expiring on 31 December 2024, renewals can be submitted online at the new GoBusiness Portal (https://dashboard.gobusiness.gov.sg/login) after 6 December 2024. Registrations not renewed by 31 December 2024 will be automatically canceled.
At this moment, there is uncertainty on how the platform will work after Dec 6th. Please note on the key actions before Nov 25th to avoid having your registrations canceled.
