The Telecommunications, Radiocommunications & Broadcasting Regulator (TRBR) announced that according to Section 7 of the TRBR Act 30 of 2009 devices with only Bluetooth technology are exempted from TRBR type approval fees for Local Importer Permit only.
If a device uses additional technologies i.e. it has both Bluetooth and WIFI functions, it will still require a TRBR type approval Certificate and permit for the devices to be imported into Vanuatu
