The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) promulgated Decision 2125/QĐ-BTTTT to adjust some HS codes on the List of goods subject to CoC and DoC, it took effect on December 1st, 2022:
Products with HS codes changed include:
- Mobile phone
- LPWAN device
- Lithium batteries for laptops, mobile phones, tablets,
- Terrestrial mobile radio equipment with integral/removable antenna for analog voice and data
- Radio transceivers using spread spectrum modulation in the 2.4 GHz/5GHz band with an equivalent isotropic radiated power of 60 mW or more, only changed for UAV/Flycam item, HS code of wifi device remains the same
