In July, TEC announced a generic exemption for the test requirements related to ER of LAN switch products. The exemption will be placed until 01/24/23 or until further notice from the regulator.
Test requirements exempted:
- The products, LAN switch variant “MPLS TP CEN Switch”, with the parameters of Ethernet PWE and service identification (Standard RFC4448, Clause 4. Annex-P 11), MPLS TP requirement (Standard RFC 5654,Clause 2. Annex-P11), TDM PWE and service identification (Standard RFC 3916, Clause 4 & Clause 7.1 Annex-P11).
