On Apr. 19th, 2022, TEC announce that ILAC test reports of all products under MTCTE Phase-III are accepted till Jun. 30th, 2022. And the lab has received the sample for testing on or before Jan. 31st, 2022 i.e. the date of issue of Amended Notification.
Supporting document(s) in this regard such as Receipt indicating acceptance of sample by lab till Jan. 31st, 2022, etc. shall be uploaded along with the test report(s) of the product while seeking MTCTE certification.
All other conditions mentioned in the Notification issued vide 5-2/2021-TC/TEC/112 dated Jan. 31st, 2022 shall remain unchanged.
