The Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) published a draft to regulate IoT/M2M services to obtain comments and feedback focused on the following main aspects:
- Licensing/Authorization (Outdoor and Indoor applicability)
- Provisioning of Spectrum (Cellular and Non-cellular IoT/M2M)
- IoT/M2M Device Identification
- Security, Privacy, and Data Management
- Type approval regulation for IoT/M2M Equipment
