AUSTRALIA: ACMA Released Public Consultation for Use of The 1.9 GHz Band

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) published the Public Consultation 40/2021 to receive comments for the future use of the 1880 – 1920 MHz band, based on different scenarios including the use of the whole band by the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications DECT technology, allocate frequency segments for multiple technologies, among others.

The comments will be received by post or email until January 21st, 2022.
