The ISED has open to public consultation the procedure to grant special authorization requests for specific products allowing to deviate from requirements set out in the technical standards.
Some of the standards affected are:
-Compliance Specification for Terminal Equipment (CS-03),
-Radio Standards Specification (RSS),
-Broadcasting Equipment Technical Standards (BETS) and
-Interference-Causing Equipment Standards (ICES).
