CONATEL Paraguay issued in June 2020, the Resolution N° 1303/2020, which establishes the use of 5.850 – 5.875 MHz and 24 -24.25 GHz bands, for Industrial, Scientific and Medical purposes, at Radio Local Area Network systems. It has updated the National Plan for Frequency Allocation (PNAF), changing the National Note PRG – 50
and it also has approved the Radio Local Area Network (RLAN) systems technical standards. The corresponding frequencies are also available for consultation at this new document, in the concept of the right of authorization, fees for using the radioelectric spectrum, and regarding the inspection.
