Vice ministerial resolution N° 464-2019-MTC/03 and N° 463-2019-MTC/03 were published by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Peru. These resolutions modify the RVM N°268-2005-MTC/03 that approves the radio channels provision (channeling) for the telecommunications services (part 1st) in order to incorporate the next channeling to frequency bands: 2500-2690 MHz. N° 463-2019-MTC/03 impacts 1710-1780 MHz, 2110-2180 MHz, and 3300-3800 Mhz at the national level.
