The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology of India has has introduced 13 more products under the regulation – Guidelines for Series Approval of Products for Implementation of “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012.” These new products include LED luminaries, inverters, televisions, CCTV cameras, adaptors, smart watches etc. This Notification enters into force in six months from the date of publication which will be 16th of February 2018.
