Resolution 410 from April 10th, 2017 from MIC (Ministry of Industry and Trade in Paraguay) established the prior import license for the importation of cellular mobile devices and accessories, but after receiving many petitions to extend importer registration, a new resolution (No. 1020) was published announcing that the entry in effect of Resolution 410 is being postponed 180 days from the publication of the new Resolution 1020. This means the requirement will come into effect on February 18, 2018.
