Telecom Authority in Mexico, IFT, is offering 10 MHz availability in the 440-450 MHz band to provide capacity services for private radio-communication systems (Tender No. IFT- 5). The procedure started on October 12th with submission of bids in its primary phase, and the secondary phase was on October 19th. The winners of this tender may provide capacity-building services to meet third-party private radio-communication needs.
